Our main emphasis is placed on process technology, clean room design, laboratory design and building engineering. We plan and implement ultra-clean rooms, laboratories and production buildings – whether it involves architectural, technical, cleanroom, lab or ultra-pure media planning.

The planning of all technical work items to supply buildings and production equipments for microelectronic components was the core to form CRC Clean Room Consulting GmbH in 1983.

High requirements towards Technical Service Engineering (MEP) and clean room technology soon led to a specialization in this area. The Filter-Fan-Unit (FFU), introduced to Europe by CRC, which combines filter and ventilator into one module, is in the meantime the standard in clean room technology.

Nationally and internationally (Austria, Belgium, China, France, Netherlands, South Africa, Switzerland, Turkey) more than 20 wafer fabs (4″, 6“, 8“, 12″) were planned and implemented. The experience gained in microelectronics soon could be transferred to projects in optoelectronics. Furthermore CRC is a competent planner in the field of nano- and laser technology.
